What it is

What it delivers
Each version is sold separately for R$ 29.90. The file is in Brazilian Portuguese and starts empty, with the formulas ready, a start here tab with instructions and room for your logo. You enter sales (or appointments) and expenses, and the dashboard shows revenue, net received, gross and net profit, margin and goal for the month you choose.
What it is not
It does not connect to marketplaces, banks or ERPs: data is typed or pasted in. It is not an accounting or tax document, and it does not set prices for you.

Sales, one row per sale

Date, order, channel, product, quantity, sale amount, amount received from the channel and status. The spreadsheet calculates the fee, cost, profit and margin of each sale. If the amount received is left blank, it estimates it with the channel's average fee.

Products and stock

The cost of each product and the current stock, which updates with sales and stock entries. It shows days of stock and warns you when it is time to restock or when a product is not selling.

Which programs does the spreadsheet open in?

Excel (2016 or newer), Google Sheets, LibreOffice and Numbers. You don't need to install anything beyond what you already use.

Which of the two versions do I use?

The Products version is for businesses that sell goods: marketplaces, online stores, physical stores or social media. The Services version is for businesses that serve clients: clinics, salons, studios, repair shops, schools or consultancies. Each version is sold separately for R$ 29.90. If you sell products and also sell services, you can buy both.

Do I need to enter what the channel paid for each sale?

It is best, because it is the real number. If you leave it blank, the spreadsheet estimates it with the average fee you set for each channel in the settings tab.

Does this replace a management system?

No. It is the step before that: it organizes sales, expenses and stock in a spreadsheet. For automatic integration, there is Radar, which is in development.
